• Opened 1961.
• In 1965-1966 the hotel was running small ads in the Kingston Gleaner for transient or permanent guests. Breakfast included.
• In 2000 the hotel opened The Crab Bar & Grill for dining. All you can eat crab nights were advertised regularly. Within a few months the restaurant name was shortened to Sea Grill. In 2012 the restaurant was called the BBQ Pit. Then all ads stopped in 2013.
• In 2007 there were ads for My Gym at the hotel.
• An ad stated they were to close permanently on December 21, 2008. But ads for crab nights resumed in April 2009.
• At this address I now find a real estate sales, rental and property management company.
