Adventure Inn, Portmore, St. Catherine. The hotel had 11-stories, 200 rooms and 16 acres.

• Opened in 1973 as the Adventure Inn Hotel
• It became the Forum Hotel.
• The hotel closed in 1984.
• It was leased to the Jamaica Christian College from 1995 to 2005. It was a Bible College run by the Jamaica Christian Mission.
• In March 2009 the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) placed the hotel on the market.
• In 2015, the hotel was sold by the UDC to Portmore Marina Development Limited, headed by Richard Lake, for J$350 million.
• The property was developed into apartments and villas, with all 120 units in the high rise ready in July 2021.
• In 2023 Google shows Bayfornt Apartments powered by Globe.
