Casa Monte Hotel, Old Stony Hill Road.
- Opened in the Fall of 1960.
- In May 1969 it was sold to the government and a Hotel Training School was established. Output is expected to approach 200 students per year.
- In 1990 the government sold the hotel to the Jamaica National Building Society for $5 million. The 15 acre site was developed into a mix of housing units of varying sizes and is now called Casa Monte Estates.
- The hotel building and pool are still there.
