Discovery Bay Hotel. The 1972 Esso map spots the hotel and that was what was used to locate the hotel here. However, location has not been confirmed.
- New at the end of 1969. Advertised in the Gleaner until September 1973. The hotel was high on a hill and had 18 one- and two-bedroom suites including kitchenette, swimming pool, use of Puerto Seco Beach, and full maid service.
- In September 1971 Mr. Fitz Robertson resigned from his position as manager to operate his "Tours and Accommodation Service." Ads announcing this ran for months.
- In January 1972 Mr. Peter Davidson was appointed manager of the hotel. Restaurant and bar will reopen on February 1.
- In September 1973 was the last ad in the Gleaner.
- The next and last newspaper mention is an awards ceremony was held there on November 24, 1980.
