Holiday House. Just to the west of Bay Roc. It was built entirely of hand-cut Jamaica coral stone situated directly on the ocean.

- For a time it was Stetson's Holiday House.
- Then it was The Cobblestone Retreat. No mention of a hotel by that name in the Gleaner, but photos are at Google Maps.
