Liguanea Terrace Hotel, 125 Old Hope Road, Kingston.
- First newspaper listing is 1948. Owned by Florence and Wally Butz, but managed by Florence Butz. (Wally died in 1962.) Designed as a series of flats and bungalows among many coconut trees in an informal setting, highlighted by lots of bamboo decoration for architectural detailing. It had 40 air conditioned rooms.
- It was still open in 1972.
- After a child visiting from overseas drowned in the pool, it did not last much longer. [year unknown]
- An office building was built at the site. Scotiabank is now at that address.
