Reka Dom Private Hotel. 21 Hope Road, Kingston. Elevation 310 feet (400 feet claimed).
- In 1914 the property was listed for sale by the Finzi family. It had a cottage, large coach house, stables and a dormitory. It did not sell. It remained in the Finzi family.
- Carpenters and a woman butler were recruited in 1919.
- In December 1933 was the first advertisement for the hotel, run by Mrs. M.I. Finzi. The last newspaper advertisement was 1946. Sometimes it was called the Reka Dom Home Hotel.
- On December 1, 1956 the Mount Royal Hotel was opened at this address. The building was remodelled with modern facilities. It was run by Noel Coxe, one of the Coxe brothers.
- At some point it became the Sheraton Mount Royal Hotel.
- In November 1967 the Trench Town Y.M.C.A. was opened at this location.
