Spanish House Hotel, 5 Kent Avenue. The property had been the northern part of Chatham Hotel's land.
- In November 1974 the Gleaner announces a benefit event at the hotel (first found mention).
- In 1971 the hotel had 11 rooms.
- In 1977 the Columbus Restaurant was in the hotel. It now had 15 rooms.
- The Gleaner announced that Roy C. dePass, of the hotel, died suddenly on January 19, 1981. Then the next day they posted that he was alive and well.
- In 1983 at this location the Esso map has Columbus Beach.(?) The hotel never appeared on the Texaco maps.
- Reginald C. dePass (Roy's and Miss G's father), of the hotel, died on October 1, 1985.
- In 1987-1990 at this location Esso has Lady Diane's.
- At some point it became the corporate offices of Sandals Resorts.
