Sunspree Hotel/Holiday Inn
- Built by American John Rollins, who developed the Rose Hall property, after purchasing it in 1964.
- In May 1969 construction commenced on the hotel.
- 442 rooms opened June/October 1970. An extension of 116 rooms were to open in October 1971.
- Fully opened early 1971. It had 558 rooms and was getting large group and convention business.
- In 1972 it was The Holiday Inn Hotel. At some point it became the Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort.

- In 2002 the hotel was purchased by Kevin Hendrickson.
- The hotel is now the Catalonia Montego Bay.
