Wexford Court Hotel, Corniche Road, then used 28 Gloucester Avenue
- Construction took place in 1965. They started with six air-conditioned deluxe resort apartments opening in October. The original hotel was at Corniche Road, but the hotel had land extending to Gloucester Ave.
- In 1967 six new apartments and a swimming pool were added.
- On April 1, 1977, Arthur Eldemire sold the hotel to Mr. Godfrey Dyer. At that time it consisted of ten rooms and eight apartments. It was now using the Gloucester Avenue side for the entrance.
- By 1979 the hotel extended the number of rooms.
- In September 1983 a new $2.3 million wing was opened. The hotel now has 38 rooms (from 16 in 1977), a 24-hour-a-day restaurant, two conference rooms and a roof garden. Many events were booked there.
- In May 1991 the hotel owed J$596,241.27 in room taxes for the period January-October, 1989 and March to November 1990.
- The last event announcement in the Gleaner is April 2019.
- In June 2019, Raymond 'Mooney' Kerr, part of the hotel's management team, was murdered.
- The pool, along the Corniche Road side, was green. Mighty Move Gym was at that location, and was in the hotel.
- The Google Streets View from Nov 2021 has the building that became the following hotels, derelict.
- Google Maps had a Wexford Hotel a few buildings south at 39 Gloucester Ave. The land in front of the original hotel is now The Pelican Grill.
- At this address is now the newly renovated Hotel 39. It opened February 2024.
