• Jim Ewen built his private home here. Are they the buildings to the right? Which is now a flag lot.
• Property developed into a hotel by Beryl and Jim Ewen. The hotel opened in February 1966 with 11 double rooms, and two four-bed, two-bathroom suites.
• In the 1967 Summer Rates flyer they have 15 rooms and 30 beds.
• In the 1969 Summer Rates flyer they have 16 rooms and 32 beds.
• In the 1971 Winter Rates flyer they are back down to 15 rooms and 30 beds.
• Not listed in Winter Rates 1973 flyer.
• In February 1976, National Hotels and Properties purchased the hotel from Gresham Trust Limited, London. To keep it from closing.
• Not known if any of the hotel buildings remain in the shopping center that is there now.
