White Sands Inn. On three acres, adjacent and north of the Casa Montego.
- The Ewens built their private home here. The short street that runs along the top side of the old Casa Montego is called May Belle Ewen Drive. The house at the end was her home. That is still there.
- Property developed into a hotel by Beryl and Jim Ewen. The hotel opened in February 1966 with 11 double rooms, and two four-bed, two-bathroom suites.
- In the 1967 Summer Rates flyer they have 15 rooms and 30 beds.
- In the 1969 Summer Rates flyer they have 16 rooms and 32 beds.
- In the 1971 Winter Rates flyer they are back down to 15 rooms and 30 beds.

- In February 1976, National Hotels and Properties purchased the hotel from Gresham Trust Limited, London. To keep it from closing.
- What hotel buildings there were have been torn down. Now stores and a conference and event center with over 250 parking places.
