• In August 2013, the hotel was listed for sale for J$93 million.
• Became Jake's Treasure Beach Hotel. In 2017 it was operated by Jason Henzell.
• Was still there in February 2021, but in August 2021 their website was gone. See February 2021 website.
• In 2025, the place is for sale for a rumored $5 million. In the satellite picture you can see roofs ripped off by Hurricane Melissa.
