• In July 1923 the residence was put up for auction.
• In January-February 1924 the residence was put up for sale in a classified ad.
• In May 1924 and again in December 1924 it was for sale tenanted. See clippings.
• In January 1929, the house owner, Charles M. Sandford dies after an illness of several months.
• In June 1929 the house is listed for sale.
• Gleaner searching stopped here.
• It is now a commercial neighborhood. Exact spot not known.
