Courtleigh Manor/Hotel, 31 Trafalgar Road.
- The last home of the Hon. Horace Victor Myers, M.B.E., J.P. (1876-1944). Kingston Merchant. Chairman and Managing Director. Fred L. Myers & Son Ltd. 1914-1940. He died at Courtleigh Manor in 1944.
- A small luxury hotel that opened before 1952, when it was still a fine residential area.
- In the mid-1960s they added a new wing and ultra-modern banqueting and convention facilities.
- In 1971 the hotel was acquired by the Lai Corporation. At the time the hotel had 50 rooms. The hotel was known for its catering services, and for its added facilities, including a banquet room, poolside bar, and lounge (Phase 2, a disco with flashing lights). Future plans call for the construction of condominium apartments, offering residents the facilities of the hotel.
- In 1988 the hotel was purchased and opened by Kevin Hendrickson.
- Closed in 1995. In 1997 the hotel opened in a new location, the former Skyline Hotel.
- The original location is now a parking lot for an office building.
