- Built by Mr. Horatio Aarons in 1928.
- Was owned and operated by the Edwards family.
- In the early 1950s the bar/lounge had murals painted by Rhoda Jackson.
- In 1985 the hotel was expanded (in the back) and became the Gloucestershire Hotel. Opened 1990? It was owned by John Sinclair, who died in 2013. Closed right after?
- In 2016 the property became the Deja All Inclusive Resort.
