Fairmont Hotel, 10 DeLisser Drive
- Under the Hotels (Incentive) Act the hotel was formed effective January 1, 1971.
- The hotel was being constructed in 1971. It will have two stories.
- The only sign of it operating as a hotel are the clippings below from March-May 1972.
- In 1983 it appears to be a children's home operated by the government called the Fairmont.
- Since at least by 2006 it has been the Office of the Prime Minister: Western Region and houses the Companies Office of Jamaica.
- On the map it had been labeled Department of Cooperatives and Friendly Societies.
- On Google Maps the place now shows as Guango Grove Apartments.
