Jamaica's four best known championship golf courses present a challenge to the expert golfer. Tryall, Half-Moon Rose Hall (Montego Bay) and Runaway Bay (Ocho Rios area) are by the sea, with the challenge of bracing trade winds and sloping greens, whilst Caymanas, in Kingston, is set amid the verdant green of a sugar estate and factory of that name. Tournaments are held annually, the best known being the Jamaica Jamboree at Tryall and Half-Moon Rose Hall.
