Richmond Hill Inn. Former great house on property that dates back to the 1790s. At an elevation of 150 feet (300 feet claimed), giving outstanding views. In 1956 there were 21 acres, and 20 bedrooms.
- In the 1700s the property was owned by the Dewars, members of the Scottish clan from which the whiskey takes its name.
- Opened on December 10, 1927.
- Managed by Mrs. Anne Davidson Bell from 1953 to 1957.
- Managed by Mrs. B. deFonseca from 1958 through the beginning of 1960.
- Sold by the Darby family in 1960 and purchased by the Chin family. Mrs. Stephanie Chin cooked.
- In the 1970s a few bedrooms were added. But in 2008 there were still 20 rooms.
