Sans Souci Hotel
- In August 1948, the White River Beach Club opens. Dancing is featured. Ads in the Gleaner became frequent. It held events, and was open to members and friends.
- In June 1949, the first ad for occupancy appears. There are also three villas. Now also called the White River Beach Hotel. E.R. Tyrell is now managing. It also continues as a club.
- In September 1950, the hotel closes and will reopen for the Winter Season under the new name Hotel Sans Souci.
- Sans Souci was initially owned and operated by Mr. Stanley Dent and family. They had a famous mineral spring pool. [when added?]
- In 1951, Mr. Dent retired and sold the hotel. Mrs. Thurlow, his daughter, remained to manage the hotel for the new owners.
- In August 1986, the hotel reported 42% occupancy.
- In the summer of 1987 they offered an all-inclusive plan, but went back to a traditional European format, although guests can still buy "packages" that include meals.
- In October 1993, SuperClubs took over management. The hotel was closed for refurbishing and reorganizing. It became the Sans Souci Lido, with 111 suites and rooms. It was SuperClubs's second "Lido Class" resort. They were Super-Inclusive.
- On November 1, 1993, Joe Issa took up the helm at the hotel.
- By 2001 it was the Grand Lido Sans Souci and still managed by the SuperClubs family under its five-star Grand Lido brand.
- In 2003 it was put up for sale and renamed Sans Souci Resort & Spa.
- In 2006 it was rebranded the Couples Sans Souci Resort.
