Shaw Park Beach Hotel

Open by 1961.
In 1965, 30 luxury rooms, three penthouses, a new restaurant, cocktail lounge, and a promenade were constructed, and the entire hotel was redecorated. It opened on December 1st. Mr. Ernie Smatt owned.
In August 1986 the hotel reported 100% occupancy.
In February 2017, Ernest Smatt says the hotel is not for sale, despite a listing that briefly appeared on a realtor's site.
