Sunnyside Beach Cottages, Boscobel
A short lived hotel that at least had a postcard printed. Only four hits in the Gleaner. Two ads each in May 1959 and April 1961. The ads were seeking summer visitors. There were two cottages. Claimed to have private beach. Managed by Mrs. S. Phillpotts in Highgate. Location found by looking for the kidney shaped pool. I see more than cottages now.

• In the December 1964 Winter Rates flyer, the two cottages are listed. Weekly rates of US$175 and $200.
• In the December 1966 Winter Rates flyer, the cottages are now managed by Ben Johnson Real Estate in Ocho Rios. The cottages are listed as monthly, for $800 and $1000.
• In the April 1967 Summer Rates flyer. Both cottages are being rented together, with rates on application.
• In the April 1968 Summer Rates flyer, the cottages are listed separately, with rates on application
