The Breezy Point Hotel at Mahoe Bay.
- The hotel was opened on December 21, 1965. It was built as the Breezy Point East Ltd, as the builders also had a Breezy Point Hotel in Queens, NY. In the 1960s the beach was much larger. It opened with 20 two room suites. It was to be expanded to 500 two-room suites.
- The 1967 Esso map had it incorrectly just to the west of the Royal Caribbean on the map. See satellite photo below. In the satellite photo the hotel adjacent on the east side is the Half Moon.
- By 1968 it was renamed Mahoe Bay Club. It had 38 rooms and 76 beds.
- It was destroyed by June 1979's Tropical Depression One.
