Huntin' Dun Guest House/Lodge, 1 Kent Ave.
- Open by 1947. Mrs. S. Farquharson, Manager. Had 17 beds. Private baths. Two minutes walk from Doctor's Cave Beach.
- In June 1968 it was the Toby Inn Hotel, and improvements are planned to include air-conditioning, bar and cocktail lounge, dining area.
- In the Spring of 1970 it was reported that the Toby Inn [Upper Deck] was making a special effort to attract local trade. See ad below, that ran multiple times.
- In September 1972 the 24-room hotel was sold. See clippings below. The facility will be restructured. Featured will be a restyled restaurant, Pagoda Gardens. Other amenities will be upgraded. Business name is Toby Inn Hotel Enterprise.
- Just a week later, an ad for tourist shops for rent in a new shopping arcade at "Montego Place" appears in the Gleaner. See clipping.
- In April 1976 a $100,000 wage pact is signed with the Bustamante Industrial Trade Union. It increased wages and numerous benefits.
- In Spring 1986 the hotel is refurbished, and is to reopen July 2, in time for Sunsplash.
- The first use of "Toby's Resort" in the Gleaner is June 2002. The restaurant is now Gonzo's International Restaurant & Bar.
- Last use of "Toby Inn" in the Gleaner is January 2013.
- Still there, family owned and operated, as the Toby's Resort.
